Shipping Policy

We look forward to sending these beautiful pieces of Italy from our store to your door.  Always inspected thoroughly and packed with great care, our priority is the safe transit of fragile items in your order; this often requires extra packing material, careful arrangement of items, and limiting the number of items per box.  While rare, if anything should arrive to you in damaged condition, please hold on to the shipping box & packaging materials and contact us immediately at (888) 811-7142 (toll-free) or by email at bellezza@bellezzahome.com so that we may begin the claims process with UPS and get to work on replacing the damaged items. 

Bellezza ships orders via UPS – Ground, 2-Day & Next-Day – Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).  Orders typically ship from our store within two business days of your order being placed.  Orders placed Friday afternoon through the weekend will ship Monday or Tuesday.  You will receive a fulfillment email with tracking information when your order ships.
