Antonio Margaritelli's passion for Renaissance majolica is evident in every display plate that comes from this master's studio. Each plate exhibits a level of perfection rarely found in Deruta or elsewhere, especially in contemporary work. Using glazes mixed in-house and reviving techniques now mostly extinct in larger ceramics production, he reproduces and recombines patterns he's found on ancient shards to create these stunning works for display.
